Can anyone use UDesign?

No. You have to be an Ultraframe Customer (directly or in-directly through a supplier). Either, contact your Ultraframe Rep or Ultraframe supplier for more information.

How long does it take to learn to use UDesign?

Our initial one hour complimentary online training session will get you creating drawings of your own. And our 1 day training courses will show you how to get the most out of our software. Training is chargeable at a nominal fee, and could be one of the best investments you’ll ever make.

Do I need to pay for software updates?

No, they are included as part of your subscription. We will notify you by email when updates become available.

What if I need to use the software on two computers?

Our software needs a USB dongle to operate. Wherever the dongle is plugged in you can use the software. If you need to use two computers at the same time, you need two dongles, and so on.

What if I get a new computer?

Simply re-install the software (we can help), and plug your dongle in.

What if my dongle is stolen, lost, or eaten by the dog?

Just give us a call and we’ll send you a new one (we charge a nominal one-off fee for this)

What if one of my salespeople leaves and takes the dongle with them?

Give us a call and we’ll blacklist the old dongle so it can’t be used any more and send you a new one (see above).

What if I get stuck?

You can call our complimentary telephone helpline during office hours, or use the online knowledge base out of hours.
